Description: This Pair of Artisanaware Ethnic Flavor Pillows Consist of Recycled, Reclaimed Hand Woven Nigerian Aso Oke Strip Cloth and Remnant Belgium Linen Fabric. The Tightly Woven Cotton Strips Have Been Discharge Dyed with an Original Carol Tate Border Print Design. Bleach was Dabbed Through a Stencil Cut Pattern and Left to Dry Until the Desired Lightness had Been Reached; the African Fabric Then Washed and Shrunken. The Hand Dyed Indigo Strips Were Pieced as a Framework Around a Heavy Belgium Linen in a Natural Flax Color. Additional Strips Were Pieced Together to Make up the Backs of the Pillows. High End Feather Down Pillow Inserts, and Hand Stitched Closures.
